1.Selection Of Raw Materials
- For press brake bending dies, the ideal material is 42CrMo from a reputed steel company.
- This material has excellent mechanical properties, including high strength and hardenability, excellent toughness, minimal deformation during quenching, and high creep strength and durability strength at elevated temperatures.
- Although there are also T7A and T8A materials on the market, their cores are softer and are more prone to deformation due to the shallower depth of the quenching layer.

2.Rough machine

3.Heat treatment
